Years ago I answered an ad for a "motorcycle for sale". Met the seller at his home outside of Dillon Montana. The gentleman was Dick McAfee. I ended up not buying the motorcycle, but spent near the entire afternoon visiting about motorcycles & racing. He was very gracious and showed me around his shop / property. From vintage motorcycles, his airplanes, to all his memorabilia. I had no idea that my day would be spent with a LEGEND OF MC RACING. What a memorable day that was. RIP Mr. McAfee.
